Ireland Tour
Day 1 – Overnight flight to Ireland
Land in Dublin and Travel by motorcoach to Kinsale, the rest of the day free! Hotel in Kinsale.
Day 2 – Kinsale, visit Cobh - Titanic Museum
Kinsale, visit Cobh, last port the Titanic stopped in, Titanic museum. The Titanic Experience Cobh is located in Casement Square in the heart of Cobh Town. Your tour guide will take you on a virtual journey to board the tenders and join Titanic for her maiden voyage to New York. Along with this journey, you will view the original pier also known as Heartbreak Pier, which was the last point of land contact for the Queenstown passengers. Hotel in Kinsale.
Day 3 – Ring of Kerry, Killarney, July 2, 2019 (B, D)
The Ring of Kerry is the most famous and panoramic route in Ireland. The astonishing beauty of this large peninsula, Iveragh, comes from the great diversity of its scenery. Leaving Killarney pass through Killorglin, famous for its Puck Fair, then to Glenbeigh, panoramic views of the Dingle Peninsula and Dingle Bay. Continuing to Cahirciveen, you’ll pass the birthplace of our National hero, Daniel O’Connell. Hotel in Killarney.
Day 4 – Dingle Peninsula, Killarney
Tour the Dingle Peninsula with free time in Dingle for lunch and strolling, take a jaunting car ride through the national park in Killarney. Dingle town itself is a thriving fishing town and offers plenty of opportunities for shopping or simply savoring the atmosphere of a typical country Irish town with its plentiful pubs, narrow streets, and busy harbor. Day 5 – Cliffs of Moher, Knock, July 4, 2019 (B, D)
Visit the Cliffs of Moher, one of Ireland's most spectacular sights, visit the town of Cong where the movie “the quiet man” was filmed, free time in song and then to Hotel in Claremorris (McWilliams Arms Hotel) and stay near Knock. Hotel in Knock or area.
Day 6 – Knock Shrine, Bundoran
Visit the Marian shrine and basilica at Knock, Travel to Bundoran, Co Donegal, free time in town and stay in the town of Bundoran (seashore resort). Knock Shrine, located in Co. Mayo is Ireland's National Marian Shrine where over 1.5 million pilgrims visit each year. Hotel in Bundoran.
Day 7 – Derry, Belfast
Today depart Bundoran for Belfast. Visit the city of Derry, founded by St. Columba in the 6th century. Derry is the second-largest city and port of Northern Ireland. Columba named it “Doire” or “Oak Grove” which was later anglicized as Derry. A walk on the walls is a must on any visit to Derry as they are among the best-preserved fortifications in Europe. Tonight you will stay in Belfast.
Day 8 – Belfast, Dublin
Depart Belfast for Dublin. Visit the Titanic museum (early)! The Titanic Belfast recreates the story of the world’s most famous ship in an iconic, six-floor building right beside the historic site of the original ship’s construction. Travel to Dublin with an Irish dinner show at the Arlington Hotel, Temple Bar and stay in Dublin for the evening. Hotel in Dublin
