CROATIA AND MEDJUGORJE TOUR

Zadar – the unique Sea Organ and the 9th-century circular Church of St. Donatus.
The breathtaking Plitvice Lakes National Park – 16 turquoise lakes linked by cascading waterfalls, boardwalks winding through pure Eden.

Day 1 - Departure - Flight to Croatia, Dubrovnik 
Depart on your overnight flight to Croatia via a U.S. and European hub. Rest and prepare for the spiritual and cultural journey ahead.

 

Day 2 - Arrival in Dubrovnik (D)
Arrive in Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage city with over 1300 years of history. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy time to unwind before dinner.

 

Day 3 - Explore Dubrovnik (B)
Enter the Old Town through the iconic Pile Gate and explore Onofrio’s Fountain, the Stradun, and the Franciscan Monastery with its ancient pharmacy. Admire the Rector’s Palace and the Baroque Cathedral of the Assumption. Enjoy the afternoon at your leisure—options include city wall walks, a visit to Mount Srdj by cable car, or browsing the quaint shops. Dinner is on your own tonight.

 

Day 4 - Dubrovnik - Korcula Island - Medjugorje (B,D)
This morning, we set off across the scenic Pelješac Peninsula, a region famous for its vineyards, olive groves, and stunning coastal views. We’ll board a short boat ride to the island of Korčula — one of the most beautiful jewels of the Dalmatian coast.

According to local tradition, Korčula is believed to be the birthplace of the great explorer Marco Polo. We will stroll through the historic Old Town, a perfectly preserved medieval settlement surrounded by ancient walls. Visit St. Mark’s Cathedral, a masterpiece of Dalmatian Gothic-Renaissance architecture. Learn about Korčula’s fascinating history, from its shipbuilding and seafaring traditions to its connection with the Republic of Venice. After the tour, we’ll take a lunch break where you can choose from a wonderful selection of local restaurants offering fresh seafood specialties, perfectly complemented by a glass of excellent Dalmatian wine. We continue our journey to Medjugorje.

 

Day 5 & 6 - Medjugorje (B,D)
Spend two full days immersed in the spiritual ambiance of Medjugorje. Visit the sites associated with the Apparition of Our Lady, Queen of Peace, like the Apparition Hill, the Blue Cross, and the village of Bijakovići, from where all six visionaries come. Participate in devotions, Holy Mass, Holy Hour, or Veneration of the Cross, and have a time for reflection, shopping, or rest.

 

Day 7: Medjugorje - Split (B)
After breakfast and Mass in Medjugorje, we will head to Split! We are here to explore Diocletian’s Palace, the Cathedral of St. Domnius, and the charming alleyways of the Old Town. Discover Roman, medieval, and modern-day influences throughout this coastal gem. Dinner is on your own in one of many restaurants along the scenic promenade. Tonight we are in the Split hotel.

 

Day 8 - Split - Trogir - Sibenik - Zadar (B,D)
Visit UNESCO-listed Trogir, with over 3000 years of history, going back to ancient Greeks, with its Cathedral of St. Lawrence and Venetian architecture. Continue to Šibenik to explore its Gothic-Renaissance heritage, including the Cathedral of St. James. End the day in Zadar for dinner and overnight.

 

Day 9 - Zadar & Nin (B,D)
Enjoy a slower morning before heading to Zadar to see Roman ruins, the Church of St. Donat, the Sea Organ, and a lot more in one of the best Dalmatian destinations, Zadar. In the afternoon, visit Nin, a royal town known for the world’s smallest cathedral and tranquil lagoons. Return to Zadar for dinner.

 

Day 10 - Zadar - National Park Plitvice (B,D)
Travel inland across the Velebit Mountains to the lush landscapes of Plitvice Lakes National Park. Explore cascading waterfalls, vibrant lakes, and wooden pathways in this UNESCO-listed paradise. Walk along the lakes and waterfalls with the fr time for lunch before we check into the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the NP Plitvice.

 

Day 11 - Plitvice Lakes - Rastoke - Zagreb (B,D)
After an easy morning in the Plitvice area, we’ll begin our journey toward Zagreb. On the way, we’ll stop at another “pearl of nature” — the enchanting village of Rastoke, often called “the Small Lakes of Plitvice.” This picturesque village is famous for its old water mills built along the Slunjčica River, a stunning scene of waterfalls, rapids, small lakes, and cascades. It’s a perfect spot to stretch your legs, take photos, and soak in the peaceful beauty of Croatia’s countryside. Continuing our drive, we’ll arrive in Zagreb for dinner and an evening at leisure.

 

Day 12 - Zagreb City Tour & Farewell Dinner ( B,D)
This morning, we leave for the guided walking tour of Zagreb’s historic Kaptol and Gradec districts. Visit the Cathedral, Dolac Market, and St. Mark’s Church, with panoramic views from Lotrščak Tower. Enjoy some free time in the afternoon, shopping... Our early evening farewell dinner will be at a typical Zagreb restaurant serving local dishes and excellent wines.

 

Day 13: Return Home (B)
Transfer to Zagreb International Airport for your flight home, filled with memories of faith, culture, and beauty.
